Lower Mill

This stunning property started off as a small tired two bed cottage with outbuildings used for storing building equipment, materials and garaging. This no expensive spared refurbishment gained us a “ Highly commended” at the LABC awards in a year with impossible completion. The finish is stunning and we then went on to refurbish the barn next door into a 3 bed annex and also uncovering and preserving the old boiler that used to power the mill in its working life.
