From small offices and workshops to large steel framed commercial developments. The regulation changes from domestic to commercial are a mine field which we have experience in. Working with the architect, customer and LABC we have recently completed the new treehouse nursery with fantastic results. This is a new purpose built pre school, constructed from a SIP ( structural insulated panel ) clad steel frame with slate finished roof and thin coat silicon render wall finishes.
The building is heated with air conditioning units powered by its own solar panel array. Being purpose built it caters for all needs with changing room for those dirty nappies, large open spaces to run around and a quiet room for the cots when they need a nap. Outside we’ve provided different play areas for all weathers with a large lawn area, soft bark covered adventure areas between the trees, large tarmac space for riding the toys on and even a rubber floored covered area for those rainy days.
